Branoo.com is a online market place.Any one can
purchase from branoo.com. We offer different branded product for our customer.
And we promote the offer through activation campaigns, emails, sms and
obviously our website. Please review the following carefully, by using the site
and branoo.com service you are agreeing to these terms :
Payment
Method:
1. You can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
You have to pay when you receive the product, without any advance payment.
2. You can pay on bkash after placing your order to confirm your
order. Our bkash number: 0184 5 10 76 17
3. In case you have to pay your payment on bkash you have to pay
full payment. No partial payment will be allowed.
4. If you want to purchase any kinds of cloths and watch you
have to pay 50% in advance.
5. You have to pay 50% advance or committed payment in advance,
if you want to import valuable products which will be made for only you.
6. After payment or shipment no order can be cancelled.
7. If there is no our registered verified courier service in
your city, you have to pay your payment on bkash in advance.
Payment
Refund policy (for advance payment):
1. In case, product is not available in stock we will refund
your payment within committed time.
2. If the product (cloths and watches) is out of market or there
is any delay while import, we will refund you the advance payment upon
confirmation from you.
3. When becomes unable to send product to your address within
committed time, we will discuss with you about extension time and refund
payment.
4. If you find the product damaged/ defective & Branoo is
unable to replace it with a fresh one, you have to inform customer service
department and Branoo will refund your payment
5. If a different product which has not been ordered by you is
delivered to you, Branoo will replace your product or refund your payment.
6. Before shipment Branoo will reconfirm you about your order,
after shipment you can’t change the order and there is no way to change your
order.
7. No payment will be refunded for COD (Cash on Delivery).
8. Customer receives a damaged / defective product or a product
that does not comply with the specifications as per their original order &
if they are not interested to get a replacement, Customer is advised to get in
touch, within 24 hours they will notify how they will get the payment.
9. Upon receiving your complaint, Branoo shall verify the
authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the
complaint is genuine, Branoo will take necessary action to refund your payment.
10. paid in advanced will be refunded within 7-21 working days
through the online account or bkash depending on the current circumstances as
determined by Branoo.
Replacement
Policy:
Branoo always suggests checking your Product thoroughly at the
time of Delivery. We provide Replacement of Product in the following
circumstances
1. If product is delivered there is no way to change the order.
2. Upon receiving your complaint, Branoo will verify the
authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the
complaint is genuine, Branoo will take necessary action to replace your product
and you have to show specific reason.
3. Note that if you are unable to report to Branoo Customer
Service Department within 24 hours, Branoo will not be held liable to replace
your product.
4. Products should be unused; it is advised that the return
packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further
damage of products during transit than Branoo will replace the product but you
have to carry the carry cost.
5. Please, read carefully that we cannot accept returns in
certain cases:
-Damages due to misuse of product.
-Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
-Any consumable item which has been used or tested.
-Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
6. If the customer is unwilling to purchase the product without
any specific reason, mentioned above & if he/ she does not cancel order in
time & want to replace of his/ her product, Branoo will send the refund at
their convenient time only if the product has not already been shipped. If the
product is already delivered, it’s not possible to replace the order. If you
replace your order after shipment you have to carry the caring cost.
7. For Apparels, if you’re purchased apparel does not fit you
due to size mismatch.
- Color of the product may slightly vary due to photography,
lighting sources or your monitor setting/ PC resolution.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along
with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoice
etc.
8. You have to send back the product to Branoo office at your
own cost if above terms and condition are ok.
9. Branoo Customer Service Department will verify your
Replacement Request & if it is possible by the respective Merchant, Branoo
will confirm your Replacement procedure.
